How To: Trial Clients

• When you are assigned a new client you will receive 2 emails. One from Laura or Jessica with a breakdown on your new client (including how many sample posts they need and what your deadline is) and a second email connecting you with the agency.

• Please “Reply All” to the email connecting you with the agency and introduce yourself. This is a great place to ask any questions you have before moving forward with sample posts.

• Complete the trial samples using Canva and upload them into the dashboard.

• When samples are complete, use the “Send Samples” button to share the samples with the team.

• The team will provide some feedback. If you haven’t heard back within 24 hours please ping Laura and Jessica in our Slack channel.

• Implement changes and notify the team for review.

• Once everything is good to go, the samples will be sent to the client and if they sign up, you will have the opportunity to keep them as a client!

• Once samples have been approved and we have confirmation they are staying on as a client, they will need to be caught up with the right amount of content. Please reach out to Laura and Jessica to help with this.
