My Client Would Like to Cancel
How to handle cancellations.
All cancellations and plan changes can now be done through the billing tab in the dashboard. If a client requests to cancel their account please direct them to the “cancel subscription” button under the billing tab.
They are also able to view their past invoices and change their plan through the dashboard.
